Annual dues of $7,500 will be billed on the January 2024 POA bill. We have signed the agreement to proceed with the pier refresh in 2024. You will see the $7,500 per slip on your late December 2023 POA statement. This will be in lieu of your typical annual $450 assessment in 2024.
